Exclusions & Limitations:

This program is a discount savings plan and not "dental insurance". It cannot be used:


  • For services covered under workman’s compensation
  • With insurance or another dental plan
  • For referrals to specialists or specialist services
  • In conjunction with other discounts and promotions
  • Frenectomy treatment
  • Cannot be combined with CareCredit financing
  • Other exclusions may apply
